 
Quality Control Department :
The quality is an enterprise's life.The quality of products involves whether this enterprise could survive. You have no market without good products , then you will be unable to survive. The QC department in fact is enterprise's key. From the purchase to finished goods, each link must be managed well.
1. QC department's responsibility :
( 1 ) Assist the superintendent to establish, implement and maintain the quality control system;Carry out enterprise's quality policy and the quality objectives.
( 2 ) Organize, coordinate, inspect company's quality control work.
( 3 ) Be responsible for the examination , the experimental work and the inspection test condition control of products (examination place) .
( 4 ) Be responsible for the appraisal and management of the defective products.
( 5 ) Be responsible to organize and manage the internal check.
( 6 ) Be responsible for the gauge work, measurement equipment's examination, the calibration work (measurement center) .
( 7 ) Be responsible to classify and manage the quality record.
2. QC department's function :

4. How to control quality : Quality control's highest goal is to enable the customer to obtain the satisfactory product and the service. Works as follows:
1. Value warning, implement in a standard way ( regards QC department as first-level department )
2. Value the execution. The quality control contains four steps: Make the quality standard, examine whether it is consistent with the standard ,take the measure of correcting and follow the trail of the result. Revise the new standard. ( the 3rd step is the most important )
